Meet the Team

RAKOWSKY FAMILY DENTISTRY TEAM

Evi grew up in Lower Bucks County and moved into Upper Black Eddy in 1997. She has been a patient at our office since 1998 and has always loved the family atmosphere. Evi lives locally with her husband and one of her 2 daughters, one of whom also works here and the other is a patient (She's pretty sure she has the only kids who fight over who gets to go first when getting their check-ups).

Donna was born and raised in New York. She relocated to Bucks County in 2003, which is when she became a patient of Dr. Larry's. Donna is a registered nurse who practiced at New York University Medical Center for many years. Donna has two grown children that she loves spending time with. Donna spends her free time outside the office with family, friends and volunteering.

Cassie has been working at our practice as a dental assistant since 2017, after graduating from Palisades High School. Cassie completed a dental assisting program from Bucks County Community College in 2018, and shortly after, she received her CDA (certified dental assistant) certification. She then went on to further her career in dentistry by completing her EFDA (expanded functions dental assistant) certification at Manor College in 2021. She is currently in Dental Hygiene school. In her free time she enjoys baking as well as spending time with her husband and rescue dog Bucky!

Lisa is our newest hygienist at RFD! Lisa was born and raised locally, and currently resides in Upper Black Eddy. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years, and has loved building relationships with her patients during that time. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and grand dogs. Lisa is very excited to be a part of the RFD Family!

Kasia is another new addition to RFD! Kasia, who is originally from Poland, has been residing in Perkasie since 2021. She is happily married to Donna's son Bobby. Kasia has a Master's Degree in Tourism and Recreation (not dentistry-related, but still very interesting!!) from University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan, Poland. She also speaks three languages - Polish, English and Spanish. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, baking / cooking, learning new things about American culture, and exploring Pennsylvania.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Larry Rakowsky for the past 7 years and i wish I had gone sooner. I have a fear of dentists. Not only dentists, but also the staff, the office, the noise, the smell, even the front door of a dentists office makes me nauseous. Because of my fear, I had braces for 8 years and hadn't been to see a dentist regularly in over 15 years!

Last week he had sealants done and Dr. Larry made the first initial of my son's name and sent it home in a tooth box. My son was so proud of that and then told me about the prize basket which has the best prizes to choose from. What a relief to know they take such great care of him, so he won't have the fear I had for so many years.

I cannot say enough how Dr. Rakowsky and his staff have honestly changed my life and helped me to reduce a lot of my stress and fears. I would recommend Dr. Larry Rakowsky very highly and this testimony comes from a patient that used to cry when picking up the phone to call a dentist when I had a toothache. Going to the dentist should not be anxiety filled and that's how they make me feel.

Dr. Larry Rakowsky has been my dentist for the last 12 plus years. I have travelled from as far away as the mid-east for consultations. "Trust" is the reason I continue to choose Dr. Larry when other providers are located closer to my Philadelphia home. Irrespective of the situation, I know that Dr. Larry always acts in the best interest of my dental health and my personal well being.
